We help with the creation of implementation communications and incident management etc. These set of communication ensure the implementation is done hand in hand with organisation’s staff.

    When organisations go through cost reduction periods or just interested in becoming more efficient in their delivery both internal and externally, they engage in business process reengineering activities. Our role is to ensure this business process reengineering activities are carried out with minimal impact on employees and also to ensure that employees understand the activities and what they are expected to do.     Moving office location can be a daunting experience as well as desk reassigning. Our role is to work with the facilities, HR and internal communications team to ensure employees are advised of these changes ahead of time to prepare them for what to expect and also to let them know what to do.

    When organisations go through HR focused changes such as TUPE consultations and employee engagement and impact sessions, the challenges vary as employees react differently. Our role is to work closely with the business to ensure employees are carried along these changes and employee expectations managed throughout the process.

    In some cases, words cannot communicate all that should be communicated or in view of the complexity of the matter been communicated, videos or animations need to be used. We work with experts in this field to translate communications into business videos and animations. Videos are more impactful when communicating important messages to employees.

    As organisations grow through their lifecycles and become more versatile, employees unconsciously become disengaged from one another and sometimes leads to the emergence of silos in offices and within teams.
